SECOND VIDEO: TRANS-INFLUENCER ROSE MONTOYA GOES TOPLESS AT WHITE HOUSE

Transgender influencer Rose Montoya, who posted a video of herself wearing no top during the White House’s Pride Month celebration, ignited debate online on Monday, June 12.

The influencer met First Lady Jill Biden and then shook hands with President Joe Biden in a TikTok video while joyously promoting a pro-transgender message to the camera. To the camera, Montoya said, “Trans rights are human rights!”

The biologically male transgender model and actress attended a Pride Month event at the White House over the weekend.

The Idaho-born model had the chance to meet the president and first lady Jill Biden before going topless at the Executive Mansion. Both women gave addresses to the large crowd of invited guests.

“Are we topless at the White House?” the person recording said in the video posted on Montoya’s Instagram.

In a follow-up clip, Montoya said she wanted to join her two transmasculine friends, who were showing off their top surgery scars in the video.

“I had zero intention of trying to be vulgar, or be profane in any way,” she said. “I was simply living in joy, living my truth and existing in my body. Happy Pride. Free the nipple.”
